Portland, Oregon Metropolitan Area, United States, January 2026 – Lindsey Craig has been appointed Chief People Officer at Delve Deeper, stepping into the organization’s top people leadership role. She will oversee the company’s people strategy, culture, and talent operations as Delve Deeper continues its rapid global expansion in performance media and data-driven marketing.
Lindsey has been part of Delve Deeper for more than four years and has grown alongside the organization. She previously served as Head of People Operations, where she strengthened HR processes, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness. Prior to that, she was Senior Manager, People Operations, contributing to the development of foundational people programs that supported a globally distributed workforce across four time zones.
Alongside her role at Delve Deeper, Lindsey is also a Member of Chief, the global network focused on advancing women into leadership positions. Her participation reflects her commitment to professional development, mentorship, and inclusive leadership practices.
Before joining Delve Deeper, Lindsey spent nearly three years with Lifescape Colorado, first as Office Manager and later as People Operations Manager. In these roles she managed HR administration, workplace operations, and employee engagement initiatives that helped professionalize the organization’s people function.
Her earlier career foundation was built during more than eleven years at Simulab Corporation, where she led Office Management and Support Services for the Greater Seattle area operations. She began her professional journey with Global Logistics, Inc. as a Data Specialist, developing strong analytical and operational capabilities that continue to inform her people leadership approach.
