Austin, Texas, United States, August 2024 – DST Global is pleased to announce the appointment of Lindsey Kucharski as the new Managing Director, Human Resources. In her new role, Lindsey will lead the company’s human resources strategy and operations, contributing to the growth and development of the global team.
Prior to joining DST Global, Lindsey served as VP of People & Culture at Aceable for approximately three years, where she was instrumental in driving people-focused initiatives and fostering a strong company culture.
Before that, she held the role of Director, Global Employee Success at A Cloud Guru for about a year and a half. Her work there involved leading global HR initiatives that supported the company’s rapid growth in cloud computing training.
Lindsey’s experience also includes her time as Global HR Business Partner and HR Manager, US & LATAM at Blue Prism for nearly two years, where she played a key role in supporting the global HR needs of the organization.
Her earlier career includes various HR roles at gamigo US Inc., Wikibuy, and Baker Botts LLP, showcasing her extensive experience in human resources and talent management.
