Lindsey M. joins dss+ with a proven record of executive HR leadership and culture-building across consulting, accounting, and nonprofit sectors. Before this appointment, she was Chief People & Culture Officer at Cherry Bekaert, one of the US’s top accounting firms, where she led strategy and operations for a global HR team, advancing talent acquisition, learning, diversity, compliance, and HR M&A. Her impact was instrumental in the firm’s rapid growth and recognition as the fastest-growing accounting firm in the US for two consecutive years.

Her early career also included board leadership at Blue Ridge Literacy and engagement committee work for Restoration Housing, underscoring her dedication to social impact and literacy.

Her volunteer board roles with organizations such as Blue Ridge Literacy and Restoration Housing further illustrate her commitment to inclusive community advancement and literacy. She brings deep expertise in change management, HR strategy, talent development, and cross-border team leadership.
