Denver, Colorado, United States, December 2025 — Sinch, the global communications platform enabling businesses to connect with customers through messaging, voice, and digital channels, has appointed Lindy Puttkammer as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
In her new role, Lindy will lead Sinch’s global people strategy, talent agenda, and organizational culture as the company enters its next phase of growth. Her appointment reflects Sinch’s continued commitment to building a strong, people-first culture aligned with its global scale and technology-driven ambitions.
Before her appointment as CHRO, Lindy Puttkammer joined Sinch in early 2024 as Head of HR Americas, while also leading the company’s global Compensation & Benefits function. Based in Denver, Colorado, she played a key role in strengthening regional HR leadership, advancing total rewards strategy, and supporting Sinch’s expanding presence across the Americas.
Prior to Sinch, Lindy spent more than six years at Lumen Technologies, where she served as Vice President, Human Resources. During her tenure, she supported a global workforce of over 40,000 employees, partnering closely with business leaders to drive HR strategy in the context of large-scale transformation, digital evolution, and organizational change.
Earlier, Lindy built deep HR business partnering expertise at Level 3 Communications, where she progressed through senior leadership roles including Senior Director, HR Business Partner and Director, HR Business Partner over more than five years. Her work focused on aligning people strategies with business growth across complex technology and infrastructure environments.
Lindy’s foundational HR leadership experience was shaped during her time at CenturyLink, where she served in roles including Director, Human Resources and HR Business Partner, following earlier assignments at Harris Corporation and Graebel Companies. Across these roles, she developed strong expertise in organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and HR operations.
Lindy Puttkammer holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Performance and Change from Colorado State University, providing a strong academic foundation for her work in organizational transformation and people strategy.
