Braintree, Massachusetts, United States, November 2025 — OOFOS, the innovative recovery footwear brand known for its proprietary OOfoam™ technology, has announced the appointment of Nicole Green as its new Chief People Officer. Nicole’s journey with OOFOS has been marked by transformative leadership and cultural evolution. Having served as Global Head of People, she played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s people-first philosophy by aligning talent initiatives with OOFOS’s customer-centered values. Her leadership in building inclusive programs, strengthening employee engagement, and driving talent development has positioned OOFOS as an employer of choice in the activewear industry.

Before joining OOFOS, Nicole held the role of Director of Human Resources at Webber Restaurant Group, an independent, family-owned enterprise operating multiple restaurants, a working farm, and catering businesses. There, she oversaw HR strategy for more than 800 employees, managing employee relations, benefits, and compliance across multiple entities while embedding values of integrity and growth into the organization’s culture.

Earlier in her career, Nicole served as People & Organizational Leader at Alchemy & Science, a subsidiary of The Boston Beer Company, where she developed HR infrastructure across multiple brewery sites in Los Angeles, Miami, and Brooklyn. Her strategic initiatives included implementing HR systems, designing compensation structures, and driving organizational redesign to optimize workforce performance.

Nicole spent over a decade at Texas Roadhouse, where she rose through multiple HR leadership roles—including Regional Director of Legendary People—supporting more than 150 restaurants across 20 states. During her tenure, she led large-scale talent acquisition programs, built leadership development frameworks, and championed diversity and inclusion initiatives such as the Women’s Leadership Series, significantly enhancing female representation in leadership.
