With more than 20 years of experience in the global Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) sector, Clare brings deep expertise in strategic staffing, recruitment, and outsourced payroll management. Her appointment marks a significant step in strengthening BDO Ireland’s integrated business support offering, particularly for clients entering or expanding within the Irish market.
Before joining BDO Ireland, Clare spent over 15 years at Stelfox Tech Recruitment, where she most recently served as Commercial Director, leading business development and client relationship strategies across Dublin, Cork, and Galway. In this role, she worked extensively with indigenous, international, and FDI clients to deliver tailored recruitment and business solutions, while also contributing to strategic partnerships and marketing initiatives. Her earlier tenure as Client Services Manager at Stelfox honed her ability to translate client requirements into measurable business outcomes.
In her new role at BDO Ireland, Clare and her team will deliver innovative business and payroll solutions encompassing new market entry support, employment tax advisory, HR consulting, and transaction support, ensuring high-quality project outcomes and long-term client partnerships.
