In this new role, Alice will oversee talent development, learning, and engagement initiatives across Bell Integration’s global workforce, driving programs that enhance employee experience and leadership capability.

Alice has been part of Bell Integration since 2024, previously serving as Head of Talent Development and Engagement, where she led company-wide initiatives focused on capability building, learning strategy, and cultural transformation. Her strategic vision has played a critical role in shaping the company’s talent roadmap, ensuring alignment between business growth and people development.

Before joining Bell Integration, Alice was People Outcomes Manager (FTC) at Sainsbury’s, where she successfully delivered transformational people programs contributing to the organization’s workforce strategy. Earlier in her career, she held senior learning and development roles at Coeo, Stats Perform, and the Financial Services Compensation Scheme, where she built impactful frameworks for leadership development, inclusion, and employee engagement. Her experience spans retail, technology, consulting, and financial services sectors—reflecting her ability to integrate learning with organizational performance and agility.

A passionate advocate for diversity, inclusion, and continuous learning, Alice has also worked as a Freelance Programme Designer for Inclusive Recruiting and a Contributor to Parent and Professional Ltd, developing learning content on leadership, mental health, and career transformation.
