London, England, United Kingdom, November 2025 – Low Carbon Contracts Company (LCCC), a government-owned entity driving the UK’s clean energy transition, has announced the appointment of Lisa Anderson as Head of Talent. In this pivotal role, Lisa will lead talent strategy, workforce planning, and leadership development initiatives to support LCCC’s mission of enabling sustainable, low-carbon electricity generation and investment across the UK energy landscape.
Before joining LCCC, Lisa served at Air Products as Head of HR & Senior Talent Partner – EMEA, where she played a key role in shaping the organization’s talent and leadership strategy across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. In this highly matrixed industrial and renewable gases environment, she partnered with global business leaders to drive large-scale organizational design, succession planning, and leadership capability programs, particularly within the renewable hydrogen sector. Her work contributed to accelerating the company’s global sustainability and energy transition agenda.
Prior to that, she held the position of Head of Human Resources – GB, NI and ROI at EP UK Investments Ltd, overseeing people operations for approximately 550 employees across a complex and unionized environment. She successfully led HR transformation initiatives, aligning people strategy with organizational growth while driving leadership development, compliance, and engagement across power and energy businesses in Great Britain, Northern Ireland, and the Republic of Ireland.
Earlier, Lisa served as Head of People at Gather & Gather, where she managed HR operations and strategy for over 3,000 employees. She guided the company through a period of high growth and crisis management during the COVID-19 pandemic, building a people plan that supported agility, business continuity, and workforce resilience.
Her extensive HR journey also includes leadership roles at Mitie, Abbey Logistics Group, and Sainsbury’s, where she strengthened operational excellence and talent development across diverse sectors. Lisa began her HR career at Marks & Spencer, where she joined through the Graduate Scheme and quickly progressed to Cluster HR Manager, marking the foundation of a two-decade-long career defined by strategic HR leadership, change management, and culture transformation.
