Houston, Texas, United States, April 2025 – Lisa Deats has stepped into her new role as Vice President of Human Resources at TNT Crane & Rigging, Inc., a major provider of operated crane services across North America. In this key leadership position, she will drive strategic HR initiatives, ensure operational excellence in workforce engagement, and align talent strategies with business goals across TNT’s expansive network and industrial workforce.
Lisa most recently served as Human Resources Director at Griffin Fluid Management, where she led HR operations, organizational effectiveness, and people strategy, contributing significantly to operational transformation over nearly 1.5 years.
Prior to this, she was Head of Human Resources at Shell TapUp, where she was responsible for driving HR strategy and employee experience, focusing on organizational design, M&A integration, and talent engagement during a phase of growth and change.
Her earlier roles include Human Resources Manager at Victory Solar, where she implemented HR infrastructure and strategic workforce planning, and Human Resources Manager at DataVox, where she spent over 7 years building end-to-end HR capabilities, policies, and compensation structures for a fast-paced tech environment.
Lisa began her career in HR leadership with ExxonMobil, gaining foundational experience in employee relations, organizational change, and policy development.
