Nottingham, Maryland, United States, February 2026 — Lisa Foxwell has been appointed as Vice President, Human Resources at Altruix. In this role, she will lead the organization’s human resources strategy, supporting workforce growth, organizational effectiveness, and a strong people-centric culture aligned with Altruix’s mission in behavioral health care.
Lisa brings extensive senior HR leadership experience across healthcare, technology, and professional services. Prior to joining Altruix, she served as Vice President, Human Resources at ZeroFox, following progressive leadership roles at the company including Senior Director, Human Resources and Human Resources Director, where she drove HR transformation, talent strategy, and enterprise-wide people initiatives.
Alongside her corporate leadership roles, Lisa continues to serve as an Executive HR Consultant with StavePoint HR, providing fractional and executive-level HR leadership to small and mid-sized organizations. In this capacity, she has partnered closely with founders and senior leaders on organizational design, compliance, talent strategy, and scalable HR infrastructure.
Earlier in her career, Lisa held long-term HR leadership roles at Cloudmed (an R1 company) as Director, HR/Talent Acquisition, and previously built deep expertise in benefits administration, HR project management, and HR operations at organizations including Travel Advantage Network, 1st Impression Home Remodeling, Churchville Veterinary Clinic, and Arrow Child and Family Ministries. She began her professional journey at Greater Baltimore Medical Center, developing a strong foundation in operational excellence and stakeholder engagement.
In her new role at Altruix, Lisa is expected to further strengthen HR governance, leadership development, and employee experience, supporting the organization’s continued impact in serving individuals with complex behavioral health needs.
