With over a decade of expertise in human resources, Hershkowitz brings a wealth of knowledge and an exemplary track record to Altrata, where she will be instrumental in guiding the company’s people strategy across multiple regions.
Prior to joining Altrata, Lisa Hershkowitz held the position of Global Head of Human Resources at BIC, where she was responsible for the HR operations of a 2,500-strong global commercial team. Her leadership was pivotal in aligning the global talent strategy with the company’s commercial centers of excellence in digital, revenue growth management (RGM), and commercial strategy.
Before her tenure at BIC, Hershkowitz was the Chief People Officer at KWI, a SaaS retail technology company, where she led comprehensive HR strategies that included talent acquisition, performance management, and leadership development. Her strategic initiatives significantly enhanced KWI’s operational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Earlier in her career, Hershkowitz made substantial contributions at Nielsen, where she led HR for global product leadership and technology sectors, helping to drive strategic HR initiatives and support significant organizational transformations.
