Pittsfield, Massachusetts, United States, November 2025 — Alera Group, Inc. has promoted Lisa Paglier to Vice President, Human Resources, recognizing her strong leadership and deep commitment to advancing people practices aligned with the organization’s Collaborative Way values. In her new role, she will lead the HRBP team as the company continues its focus on transformation and colleague experience in 2026 and beyond.
As part of her promotion, Lisa continues her journey within Alera Group, Inc., where she most recently served as Senior Director, Human Resources, dedicating nearly two years to strengthening HR strategy, enabling business alignment, and supporting teams across regions. Prior to this, she spent close to two years as Senior Human Resources Business Partner, contributing significantly to HR partnership effectiveness and employee development initiatives.
Before joining Alera Group, Lisa served as Senior Human Resources Consultant at Austin & Co., Inc., an Alera Group Agency, where she spent nearly two years providing HR support, consulting solutions, and people-focused advisory across multiple client groups. This experience laid the foundation for her transition into broader HR leadership within the Alera ecosystem.
Earlier, Lisa spent close to two decades in the hospitality industry, beginning with her role as Area Director of Human Resources at Falcon Hotel Corporation – Sheraton Springfield, followed by operational and leadership responsibilities at organizations such as MGM Springfield, Courtyard Worcester with Colwen Hotel Group, Sheraton Hartford Hotel at Bradley International Airport, and Canyon Ranch. Her early tenure at the St. Kitts Marriott Resort and Hartford Marriott Downtown, where she served as Director of Human Resources and later as Resident Manager, shaped her approach to people development, guest-centric culture, and high-performance operations.
Across these roles, Lisa’s career spans HR leadership, operations management, organizational effectiveness, guest experience, and multi-site workforce engagement—bringing nearly two decades of cross-industry expertise into her new leadership mandate at Alera Group, Inc.
