Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, November 2025 — Transrail Lighting Limited has announced the appointment of Samriddhi Singh as Head – Business Strategy, Transformation, M&A & Digital, marking a significant leadership addition to its executive team.
With a decade-long career spanning engineering, strategy, transformation, and mergers & acquisitions, Samriddhi brings a distinctive blend of technical expertise and strategic insight. Her professional journey reflects a strong ability to navigate complex, cross-functional challenges and deliver large-scale impact across industries including power, infrastructure, steel, and oil & gas.
Prior to joining Transrail Lighting Limited, Samriddhi was associated with KEC International Ltd., where she led business strategy, transformation, and M&A initiatives, playing a key role in driving operational excellence and strategic growth. During her tenure at RPG Group, she also served as a Member of the Future Leaders Board, where she contributed to shaping cross-business initiatives, fostering collaboration, and advancing the Group’s long-term leadership agenda.
She began her career with MECON Limited, managing projects cumulatively worth over ₹180 billion across the steel and oil & gas sectors. Her work included feasibility studies, tendering, project scoping, and stakeholder management for cross-country pipeline and integrated steel plant projects—building a strong foundation in technical and project leadership.
An alumna of the Indian School of Business (ISB), Samriddhi holds a Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP) with majors in Strategy & Finance and an Industry Specialization in Public Policy, enhancing her ability to lead initiatives that intersect business strategy, finance, and policy.
In her new role at Transrail Lighting Limited, she will focus on driving high-impact strategic programs, digital transformation, and M&A-led growth—leveraging her extensive experience to support the company’s modernization and expansion goals.
