Indianapolis, Indiana, United States, January 2026 — InPwr Inc., a leading design/build electrical contracting firm operating across nearly all 50 U.S. states, has announced the appointment of Lisa Price as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In her new role, Lisa will lead InPwr’s people strategy, organizational development, culture, compliance, and HR infrastructure as the company continues its nationwide growth and operational expansion.
Lisa Price brings over two decades of distinguished leadership across human resources, legal, compliance, and organizational transformation.
Most recently, she served as Corporate Counsel – Labor, Employment & Compliance at Kohler Co., advising senior leadership on complex global labor and compliance matters, strengthening governance frameworks, and supporting large-scale international operations.
Prior to Kohler, Lisa spent over twelve years at OPENLANE (formerly KAR Global) as Executive Vice President & Chief People Officer, where she served as a direct report to the CEO and member of the Executive Leadership Team. During her tenure, she scaled the organization from $2.1B to $3.8B in revenue and from 12,300 to 20,000 employees. She led HR strategy across more than 30 global M&A transactions, oversaw enterprise HR transformation into SaaS-enabled models, consolidated multiple HR systems into Workday, drove engagement improvements, and guided governance, labor relations, and executive compensation frameworks.
Earlier in her career, Lisa held senior legal and HR leadership roles at KAR Global (formerly ADESA) and Stewart & Irwin, P.C., managing enterprise litigation, labor and employment law strategy, compliance frameworks, mergers and acquisitions, and large-scale HR governance and policy programs.
She holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
