Bloomfield, New Jersey, United States, October 2025 — Lisa R. De La Rosa has been appointed as Director, Head of Human Resources at Case Medical, Inc., where she will lead the company’s HR strategy, compliance, and organizational development. In this role, she is responsible for aligning HR initiatives with Case Medical’s long-term objectives, while fostering a workplace culture rooted in integrity, diversity, civility, and accountability.
Before joining Case Medical, Lisa was Director, Head of Human Resources at Collabera, where she oversaw HR operations for more than 500 employees across the U.S. and Canada. She was instrumental in ensuring compliance with employment regulations, benefits administration, dispute resolution, and the implementation of talent and performance management frameworks.
Earlier, Lisa held leadership roles at MSCI Inc., where she directed HR functions during the acquisition and integration of Burgiss, and at Burgiss itself, serving as Director of Human Resources, Americas, developing the HR function for 200+ employees across the U.S. and Canada.
Her career also includes a long tenure at Mariner’s Bank, where she served as Senior Human Resources Manager, leading HR strategy and policy creation for over 100 employees. Prior to her HR leadership journey, Lisa worked as a Paralegal in both private practices and corporate legal departments, gaining valuable experience in employment law and compliance.
With over two decades of experience spanning HR leadership, compliance, labor relations, and organizational culture, Lisa is well-positioned to drive Case Medical’s people strategy and contribute to its mission of advancing sterile processing and infection prevention.
