Pomona, California, United States, September 2025 – Lisette Machen has been appointed as the Vice President Human Resources at Temco Logistics, a premier white glove delivery and installation provider. In her new role, Lisette will lead the company’s HR strategy across all functions including talent acquisition, organizational development, and employee engagement to support Temco’s expanding national operations and commitment to customer excellence.
Before joining Temco Logistics, Lisette Machen had a remarkable 11-year career at The Home Depot, where she most recently served as Regional Human Resource Manager for over three years, following a successful seven-year tenure as District Human Resource Manager. During her time at The Home Depot, she led critical HR initiatives focused on workforce planning, compliance, leadership development, and talent retention across multiple locations.
Prior to The Home Depot, she worked at Ashley Furniture Industries for over two years, where she progressed from Regional Human Resource Generalist to Regional Human Resource Manager. Her experience at Ashley Furniture deepened her understanding of HR operations in large-scale, high-volume retail environments, particularly in the home goods and logistics sector.
Earlier in her career, Lisette spent over five years at Best Buy, where she held progressive roles including Hiring and Training Coordinator, Operations Senior, and HR/Sales Supervisor. These roles honed her skills in recruitment, team development, and HR process optimization within fast-paced consumer retail settings.
She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource and Management Development from National-Louis University, and has earned a PHR Certification in Human Resources Management from Northern Illinois University.
