Cincinnati, Ohio, United States, February 2026 – GE Aerospace has appointed Lizet Tymon as Executive Director of SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning), strengthening its enterprise planning and execution capabilities across its global aerospace operations.
In her new role, Lizet will lead executive decision-making and SIOP strategy, driving integrated planning, operational alignment, and financial performance across GE Aerospace’s complex global manufacturing ecosystem.
Lizet brings more than two decades of global supply chain leadership experience. Most recently, she served as Vice President Supply Chain at Rehlko (formerly Kohler Energy Group), overseeing a $3.5B industrial business across 40 global sites. During her tenure, she reduced 40 days of inventory outstanding, unlocking $300M in cash, and delivered $23M in transportation and logistics savings within 18 months. She also implemented global SIOP/S&OE processes across five business units and deployed Kinaxis Maestro to unify planning across 36 sites.
Prior to Rehlko, she held the role of Vice President Supply Chain at Kohler Co., where she defined a three-year transformation roadmap and implemented global planning capabilities that improved inventory turns significantly. Earlier, at Jabil, Lizet spent over 20 years in progressively senior supply chain roles, founding a Supply Chain Center of Excellence, leading global S&OP deployment across 120 sites, and driving digital supplier collaboration strategies connecting over 11,000 suppliers.
An MBA graduate from Grand Valley State University and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, Lizet combines deep operational expertise with digital transformation leadership.
Her appointment signals GE Aerospace’s continued focus on integrated planning excellence, advanced supply chain analytics, and global operational resilience.
