Before joining Fincore Workspace, Sachin served as Head – HR, Admin & Projects at G M FABRICS, where he successfully managed large-scale construction and infrastructure initiatives, while implementing robust HR frameworks and optimizing organizational performance. He also served as Vice President – Projects at DSP Integrated Facility Services Pvt Ltd., driving the brand’s “DSP Workspace” business vertical, where he led major infrastructure, facility, and fit-out projects, ensuring adherence to quality and sustainability standards.
With a strong background in land acquisition, legal compliance, vendor management, and government liaisoning, Sachin has been instrumental in ensuring seamless project execution across diverse sectors — from commercial and industrial to institutional developments. His strategic foresight, coupled with over 500,000 sq. ft. of successfully delivered projects, underscores his commitment to operational excellence and long-term value creation.
