Luani brings more than three decades of human resources leadership experience spanning consumer healthcare, medical technology, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing sectors. Most recently, she served as Chief People Officer at Kenvue, where she played a pivotal role in shaping talent strategy, organizational culture, and workforce transformation initiatives. Prior to Kenvue, she spent nearly seven years as Worldwide Vice President of Human Resources at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health, leading global HR strategies and supporting business growth through people-focused transformation programs.
Earlier in her career, Luani held several senior leadership positions across the Johnson & Johnson enterprise, including Vice President, Global Talent Management and Worldwide Vice President of Human Resources at Ethicon, Inc. Her extensive experience includes leading large-scale organizational transformations, talent management programs, leadership development initiatives, and integration efforts across global businesses. She also served as HR Director at Bristol-Myers Squibb and HR Implementation Leader at Dow, building deep expertise in organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and culture transformation.
Known for her innovative approach to talent and culture, Luani has successfully led workforce integration and transformation initiatives across complex global organizations.
