Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, March 2026 — GenXAI has appointed Suraj Kumar Jain as Chief Technology Officer. In this role, he will lead technology direction and product execution aligned to the platform’s vision of accelerating enterprise digital transformation through innovative GenAI-powered solutions.
With this move, Suraj Kumar Jain steps into the CTO role after serving in senior technology and product leadership responsibilities at GenXAI, bringing experience across product development, AI, GenAI, and IT automation. His appointment strengthens the organisation’s leadership as it continues building customizable GenAI-driven app extensions and automation-led capabilities for enterprise use cases.
Within GenXAI, he previously led technology and product responsibilities as Senior Vice President – Technology & Product, contributing to platform development priorities and automation-focused execution aligned to enterprise integration needs.
Before GenXAI, Suraj Kumar Jain worked with Kalpataru Limited, contributing to IT leadership responsibilities aligned to technology management, integration, automation, and enterprise systems. His work reflected strong exposure across SAP integration and implementation, cloud computing, middleware, process automation, and cross-functional project delivery.
Earlier, he served at Music Broadcast Private Limited (Radiocity 91.1 FM), where he handled IT leadership responsibilities supporting technology integration, enterprise applications, process automation, and cloud platforms within a media business environment.
He also contributed as a delivery and technology leader at Harbinger TechAxes Pvt. Ltd., strengthening execution across IT integration and team management responsibilities in client delivery environments. Earlier, he held technology leadership roles at EXULT IT Infrastructure & Services, Infyserve Technologies Pvt Ltd, and Zentech Info Solutions Private Limited, building depth across project leadership, technical delivery, and team execution.
In the early part of his career, he worked with Vivah.com and DISL across software engineering roles, and also contributed as a Trainer at LCC, BBSR, building foundational capabilities in technology and delivery.
