Delhi, India, May 2026 – Omega Seiki Mobility has elevated Nitin Khindria to the role of Group Chief Human Resources Officer (Group CHRO). Announcing the elevation, Founder Dr. Uday Narang stated, “We are pleased to announce that Nitin Khindria will now also lead the Human Resources function for Omega Bright Steel Pvt Ltd, in addition to his existing responsibilities as CHRO for Omega Seiki Mobility and the Group Companies.”
Nitin Khindria has been serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Omega Seiki Mobility since September 2024, having initially joined the organization as Head of HR in March 2024. Since joining the company, he has played a key role in strengthening the people agenda, organizational capability, talent strategy, and workforce transformation initiatives while supporting the company’s rapid growth in India’s electric mobility sector.
Prior to joining Omega Seiki Mobility, Nitin served as Corporate HR Head at Dalmia Biz Pvt. Ltd., where he led HR functions across a diverse portfolio of businesses spanning FMCG, electric vehicles, healthcare exports, education, media, tobacco, IT-enabled services, and defense. His role involved strategic workforce planning, capability development, talent management, and organizational effectiveness initiatives supporting multiple high-growth ventures.
Before Dalmia Biz, Nitin spent three years with Balaji Action Buildwell Action Tesa as GM – HR, where he led several impactful initiatives including HR digitalization, large-scale talent acquisition, workforce capability enhancement, and employee engagement programs. During his tenure, the company achieved notable recognition as a Great Place to Work while successfully recruiting over 600 employees and significantly reducing attrition through focused people interventions.
Earlier in his career, Nitin held senior HR leadership roles with Nahar Industrial Enterprises Limited as Vice President – Corporate Human Resources, managing HR operations for a workforce of nearly 20,000 employees and a 70-member HR team. He also served as DGM HR at International Tractors Limited, leading talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement initiatives. His leadership journey further includes roles with Mahindra & Mahindra, Indo Asian Fusegear Ltd., FICCI, Ministry of Defence, and Confederation of Indian Industry.
An alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur and Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, Nitin brings more than two decades of HR leadership experience spanning manufacturing, automotive, electric vehicles, FMCG, healthcare, IT, defense, and education sectors. His elevation reflects Omega Seiki Mobility’s commitment to strengthening leadership capabilities and building future-ready organizations across its group businesses.
