Indianapolis, Indiana, United States, June 2024 – Nicole Schoville has joined Buchanan Group (BGI) as the new Vice President of Human Resources. With a wealth of experience in human resources management, Nicole brings a strategic vision and extensive expertise to enhance BGI’s HR functions and support its workforce.
Before joining Buchanan Group (BGI), Nicole served at Bread & Butter for over 6.5 years. As the Director of Human Resources for nearly 6 years, she was responsible for personnel management, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration. Her efforts significantly improved HR operations and employee engagement within the company. Prior to this, she held the position of Employee Relations Manager at Bread & Butter for almost a year, where she managed onboarding and benefits administration among other HR responsibilities.
Nicole also had a significant tenure at The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis, where she worked for almost a decade. As the Human Resources Administrator / Talent Acquisition Manager for nearly 5 years, she excelled in onboarding, customer service, and talent acquisition. Earlier in her career at the museum, she served as the Family & Neighborhood Programs Coordinator / Manager for 5 years, where she was instrumental in managing community programs and fostering strong neighborhood relations.
Additionally, Nicole worked as a Pilates Instructor at Invoke Studio for over 7 years, showcasing her dedication to health and wellness alongside her HR career.
Buchanan Group (BGI) is headquartered on the near east side of downtown Indianapolis. The campus houses the management services staff, executive offices, and the Private Label casket showroom.
