United States, June 2024 – Dawn Zell Wright has joined LCMC Health as the new Chief Human Resources Officer. With a comprehensive background in human resources and organisational development, Dawn brings extensive expertise to the team, aiming to enhance the company’s HR strategies and support its workforce.
Before joining LCMC Health, Dawn served at CHRISTUS Health for nearly 3 years. As the System Vice President of HR Operations, she managed HR operations, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. She also held a concurrent role as Faculty at the American College of Healthcare Executives for almost 2 years, contributing to the education and development of healthcare leaders.
Prior to that, Dawn worked at UPMC as the Regional Vice President of Human Resources, North Central PA Region for about 3.5 years. She focused on HR operations, workforce planning, and employee engagement in a significant healthcare system. She also took on the role of Interim Associate Director of People at Dudley Integrated Health and Care NHS Trust for 1.5 years, enhancing HR operations and recruitment processes.
Dawn’s earlier career includes her role as Division Director of Human Resources and EEOC Officer at CHI St. Luke’s Health for almost 3 years, where she managed HR functions, employee relations, and compliance. She also served as an HR Executive/Attorney for 15 years, providing legal expertise and strategic HR management across various industries.
