Before this appointment, he served as President and Senior Management Personnel, leading overall growth and profitability across strategy, operations, category development, and channel expansion. During his tenure, he helped build and scale multiple consumer product categories, strengthen Borosil’s brand presence, support digital media-led brand building, and transition the business toward an omnichannel sales model.
Earlier in his journey at Borosil Limited, Sharma held leadership roles including Vice President, Associate Vice President, and General Manager, steadily contributing to sales growth, distribution expansion, retail ecosystem development, and consumer product innovation. He also played an important role in the turnaround of the company’s opalware manufacturing facility, helping scale the business from its acquisition stage into a profitable growth platform. His long tenure reflects sustained contribution to Borosil’s business expansion, operational efficiency, and brand evolution across physical and digital channels.
Before joining Borosil Limited, Sharma served as National Sales Head at Tata Honeywell Ltd., where he led the all-India sales function through regional teams across the country.
