Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, December 2024 – Lizzie Warner has stepped into the role of Head of People & Talent at Ubank, where she will oversee and enhance the organization’s talent strategies and workplace culture. In her new role, Warner is set to contribute to Ubank’s mission of helping individuals achieve financial success while fostering an innovative and supportive work environment.
Warner brings extensive experience in HR and talent management to her new position at Ubank. Prior to this role, she served as Senior People Partner at Ubank, where she played a critical role in shaping and supporting the organization’s people strategy over the past year.
Before joining Ubank, Warner was a Senior People Partner at humm group, where she led multiple organizational change programs and spearheaded the establishment of new international markets, including the UK and Canada. She also managed people streams during mergers and acquisitions and developed governance frameworks to ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
Warner’s earlier career includes significant contributions at PwC in both Australia and the UK. As a Human Capital Manager at PwC Australia, she delivered on strategic people projects and operational support for national client groups. In the UK, she held the role of Business Unit HC Leader, where she managed talent review programs, workforce planning, and employee relations for over 1,000 employees.
