Iselin, New Jersey, United States, November 2025 — Lori Coyne has begun a new chapter in her distinguished HR leadership career as she steps into the role of Vice President, Human Resources – Americas at WSA – Wonderful Sound for All. In this strategic position, she will oversee people strategy, workforce capability, and HR operations across the Americas region, supporting WSA’s ambitious global growth and transformation agenda within the hearing health industry.
Before joining WSA, Lori Coyne served as Vice President Human Resources – North America at Cipla, where she spent nearly one and a half years leading HR strategy for the region. During this period, she strengthened organisational capability and helped drive people transformation initiatives across a highly regulated and fast-moving pharmaceutical landscape, leveraging her expertise in leadership development, turnaround experience, business strategy, and global HR management.
Prior to Cipla, she spent more than five years at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where she held two key leadership roles. As Vice President Human Resources, Laboratory Chemicals, she led people strategy, organisational agility initiatives and employee engagement across the business. Earlier, as Senior HR Director, Laboratory Equipment, she drove global HR programmes, crisis management initiatives, and organisational planning across multi-country teams, further strengthening her global leadership credentials.
Previously, Lori Coyne spent eight years with Praxair, Inc (a Linde Company), where she held diverse leadership roles including HR Director – Americas, HR Business Partner, and Global Director, Talent Acquisition. Her work spanned large-scale manufacturing environments, mergers and acquisitions, HR metrics, global talent acquisition, applicant tracking systems, EVP development, and strategic HR planning, positioning her as a versatile and high-impact HR leader.
Earlier in her career, Lori worked with Rolls-Royce in several global and expatriate assignments, including roles such as Global Executive Resourcing Leader, EMEA & North American Early Career Recruitment Leader, and North American Early Career Recruitment Manager. She also spent the early part of her journey contributing to talent acquisition at CHEP and building foundational research capabilities at MRINetwork, providing her with a strong grounding in early career hiring, global recruitment systems, and HR operations.
