London, England, United Kingdom, July 2025 – Louise Gregory has been appointed as Vice President – Talent, Inclusion & Diversity at Anglo American, marking a significant milestone in her accomplished HR and talent leadership journey. In her new role, Louise will oversee a global portfolio focused on driving inclusive talent strategies, leadership development, and early careers while embedding diversity and belonging into the core of Anglo American’s business.
Louise has been with Anglo American for over four years, most recently serving as Head of Global Talent Acquisition, where she led recruitment strategies across geographies. Prior to that, she held the position of Head of Executive Search, strengthening Anglo American’s senior leadership talent pipeline through a global lens.
Before joining Anglo American, Louise built a strong foundation at Barclays, where she served in several senior roles, including Head of Executive Services – Talent Acquisition, Human Resources Director, and Head of Resourcing – Corporate Bank. During her tenure, she played a key role in scaling executive and global recruitment efforts while championing talent transformation and operational excellence.
Earlier in her career, she founded and led LGO Resourcing, a recruitment and HR consultancy, and held strategic HR and talent acquisition positions at Hays, Reed, and Santander. Her extensive experience in resourcing strategy, diversity hiring, and workforce transformation across sectors uniquely positions her to drive Anglo American’s inclusion and talent ambitions forward.
