London, United Kingdom, September 2025 – Aslan has announced the appointment of Louise Robertson as its new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). In this strategic role, she will lead the company’s marketing efforts across brand strategy, demand generation, and go-to-market execution, with a strong focus on expanding reach and deepening engagement with both employers and employees through Aslan’s innovative financial wellbeing solutions.
Before joining Aslan, Louise founded The Bright Marketing Company, where she worked as a Fractional CMO supporting high-growth SaaS, fintech, and insurtech ventures in overcoming marketing challenges and driving scale. She also served as Fractional CMO for organizations including Tuft Global Ltd, Omnipresent, and Turtl, delivering measurable outcomes across brand transformation and demand creation.
Prior to that, she was Global Marketing Director at Pattern Insurance, an embedded insurtech MGA, and held the role of Marketing Director at Aventus Operating System, where she was instrumental in shaping content and product marketing strategies to enable digital transformation in insurance.
Louise’s earlier leadership roles include serving as Global Marketing Director at Localz, Chief Marketing Officer at Hubio, Global Marketing Director at Xchanging/Xuber, and Marketing Director at Apply Financial. Across these roles, she demonstrated consistent success in delivering B2B growth, shaping marketing infrastructure, and scaling customer acquisition.
In the earlier part of her career, Louise held senior marketing roles at Pearson, cloud.IQ, Clearswift, and LexisNexis, and also served as Managing Director at Bright Business Concepts Ltd, where she advised major clients such as AGFA, Kerry Foods, and Clearswift on marketing strategy and execution.
With over 20 years of leadership experience in SaaS, fintech, insurtech, and B2B technology, Louise brings a powerful combination of strategic insight, operational discipline, and marketing innovation to Aslan.
