Agrate Brianza, Lombardy, Italy, May 2024 – Luca Civitico has recently joined STMicroelectronics as the Group VP Italy HR. In his new role, Luca will oversee HR operations across Italy, focusing on optimizing talent strategies and fostering an inclusive, innovative work environment.
Luca’s most recent role was as Human Resources Director Italy & Industrial Operations at DiaSorin. During his tenure, he managed HR strategies and operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and supporting organizational growth.
Before DiaSorin, Luca served at Stellantis as part of the Human Resources and Transformation – HR Italy team. His responsibilities included driving HR initiatives and managing transformation projects to support the company’s evolving needs.
Luca also held the position of HRBP Emea Manufacturing – Mass Market Brands at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, where he played a key role in HR business partnering for EMEA manufacturing operations. His efforts were instrumental in enhancing employee engagement and aligning HR practices with corporate goals.
Prior to his tenure at FCA, Luca spent nearly nine years at Comau in various HR roles. He was the HR Business Partner for the Automation Systems BU and HR EMEA, HR BU Robotics, HR Europe BU Body Welding and HR Europe, where he was responsible for HR strategy, talent management, and operational efficiency.
Earlier in his career, Luca was the HR Director at Ilte Group, where he led HR functions and initiatives for four years. He also worked at Fiat Auto SpA in several HR management roles, including HR Manager Cassino Plant, HR Manager BU After Sales, and HR Manager BU Financial Services, where he honed his skills in HR management and business support.
