England, United Kingdom, April 2025 – Luke Davison has been promoted to Director, Talent Acquisition at IQVIA, a global leader in healthcare intelligence and clinical research. In his new role, Luke will lead talent acquisition strategy across EMEA, overseeing a large team of European recruiters and partnering closely with senior stakeholders to meet the organization’s dynamic hiring needs across consulting, real-world evidence, project management, and corporate functions.
Luke has been with IQVIA for over eight years, steadily rising through the ranks. Most recently, he served as Associate Director, Talent Acquisition, where he led hiring initiatives across IQVIA’s Life Science Consulting teams in EMEA. He managed pan-European recruitment operations and supported growth in key verticals including commercial consulting, payer-provider engagement, and real-world evidence.
Prior to that, Luke held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager, Europe, where he spearheaded hiring for strategic consulting, R&D, and financial services within the life sciences sector. He also served as Talent Acquisition Manager, UK & Ireland, where he led hiring for data-driven commercial teams including sales, NHS solutions, and primary market research consulting.
Earlier in his career at IQVIA, Luke served as Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Clinical, UK/IRE & EU, focusing on recruitment across medical, clinical research, and therapeutic strategy units. He began his career in recruitment at Blue Pelican, where he spent over four years managing clinical research and development hiring across Europe.
