Seattle, Washington, United States, April 2026 – Luli Chaluleu has transitioned to Vice President, North America Operations PXT at Amazon, marking a full-circle milestone in her nearly 14-year journey with the organization.
In her new role, Luli Chaluleu will lead the People Experience and Technology (PXT) function for North America Operations, bringing her extensive experience across talent acquisition and human resources leadership to further strengthen Amazon’s people strategy. Reflecting on her journey, she noted the significance of starting in North America operations recruiting and now leading the PXT team.
Prior to this transition, Luli Chaluleu served as Vice President Human Resources at Amazon, where she led strategic HR initiatives and people programs across critical business areas.
Earlier, she held the role of Vice President – Amazon Talent Acquisition, where she drove large-scale hiring strategies and talent transformation across global operations, significantly strengthening Amazon’s recruitment capabilities.
She also served as Director of Global Talent Acquisition – Consumer, Operations, and G&A, followed by Director Talent Acquisition – Worldwide Operations, and Director – Talent Acquisition, North America Operations, progressively expanding her leadership scope across regions and functions.
In her earlier tenure at Amazon, Luli Chaluleu held roles as Senior Recruitment Manager and Recruitment Manager – North America Customer Fulfillment, where she built foundational capabilities in high-volume hiring and operations talent strategy. She began her Amazon journey as an Operations Recruiter, shaping her deep understanding of frontline workforce dynamics.
Before joining Amazon, she worked as Recruitment Manager at TDIC and as an Executive Recruiter at Govig & Associates, gaining valuable cross-industry recruitment and talent advisory experience.
