This promotion reflects Mohamad’s profound impact on the company over his twelve-year tenure, marked by dedicated service and strategic leadership in human resources management.
Mohamad joined MAB Facilities Management in 2012 as an HR Officer, quickly establishing himself as a key player within the company’s HR division. In this role, he honed his skills in onboarding and employee relations, laying the groundwork for his subsequent advancements. In March 2015, he was promoted to Assistant Manager of Compensation & Benefits in Dubai, where he managed compensation strategies for over 4,000 employees, showcasing his ability to handle large-scale operations effectively.
In January 2016, Mohamad ascended to the position of HR & Admin Manager, stationed at the company’s Amman office. Over the next eight years, he was instrumental in managing HR operations for more than 1,000 employees, developing robust HR services that have significantly contributed to the welfare and productivity of the workforce. His comprehensive understanding of both the Levant and GCC regions has been crucial in aligning the company’s strategic HR practices with its operational goals.
