Cranbury, New Jersey, United States, September 2025 — Rocket Pharmaceuticals has announced the appointment of Madeline Innis as its new Senior Director, Head of People Operations, Technology & Total Rewards. With over a decade of experience spanning HR operations, talent management, and organizational transformation, Madeline brings deep expertise in building people-centric processes and enabling workforce innovation within global life sciences organizations.
Madeline has been with Rocket Pharmaceuticals since 2021, where she has steadily progressed through leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Director, People Operations & Innovation, overseeing process improvements and people-focused technology initiatives. Prior to that, as Associate Director, HR Operations, she built scalable HR solutions to support the company’s rapid growth, enhancing operational efficiency and employee experience.
Before joining Rocket, Madeline worked with Takeda as Program Delivery Solutions Transition Manager, where she managed large-scale HR transitions to optimize people solutions globally. She also spent over three years with Teva Pharmaceuticals, taking on multiple roles including North America Hub Transition Lead, HR Shared Services Supervisor, and HR Specialist. In these roles, she implemented HR service delivery improvements, coordinated international workforce transitions, and introduced systems and processes that strengthened HR operations across diverse geographies.
Earlier in her career, Madeline dedicated nearly three years to Community Action Southwest, where she worked as a Caseworker and Financial Literacy Coordinator under AmeriCorps. In these roles, she designed and facilitated financial education programs, supported clients with workforce readiness, and contributed to holistic community development initiatives. She also served as an Emergency Advocate at Pittsburgh Action Against Rape and held academic and research roles with the University of Pittsburgh, Walter Reed Army Institute of Research, and University of Pennsylvania Health System, reflecting her long-standing commitment to service, education, and scientific advancement.
