New York, United States, June 2025 – Delstack, a dynamic digital solutions company empowering startups and established brands with cutting-edge technology, has announced the appointment of Mady Pink as its new Chief People Officer (CPO). With more than a decade of human resources leadership experience across diverse industries, Pink joins the executive leadership team to lead Delstack’s people strategy at a time of accelerated innovation and global expansion.
As Chief People Officer, Mady Pink will oversee Delstack’s end-to-end HR function, with a focus on scaling organizational culture, enhancing employee engagement, driving leadership development, and embedding inclusive people practices aligned to business growth.
Prior to her appointment at Delstack, Mady Pink served as HR Manager at Ethicent, where she played a pivotal role in shaping HR strategies and development programs that aligned with business goals during a critical growth phase. Her leadership supported the company’s transition to a more agile and people-centric culture.
Before that, she spent over three years as Human Resources Manager at Compliance Aim, managing core HR operations including recruitment, payroll, benefits, and compliance. She also led internal HR audits and helped standardize HR processes across hybrid teams in New York.
Earlier in her career, Pink worked at Insight Sourcing Group as Assistant Manager – Human Resources, where she was responsible for designing and delivering training programs, managing career development initiatives, and supporting the Learning Management System (LMS) across the organization.
She also held roles as HR Specialist at Putnam, where she contributed to training logistics, materials development, and effectiveness evaluations, and Recruiter at Theranos, where she built foundational experience in recruitment operations over a decade-long tenure.
Mady holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from Towson University, equipping her with both academic rigor and applied HR expertise.
