Prague, Czechia, January 2025 – Magda Nelesovska has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Rezolv Energy, marking a pivotal step in her career in renewable energy finance. In her new role, Magda will oversee the company’s financial strategy, governance, and operations, driving Rezolv Energy’s mission to deliver sustainable and subsidy-free clean energy across Central and South Eastern Europe.
Magda has been with Rezolv Energy for over two years, previously serving as Finance Director. In this role, she played an integral part in financial management, compliance, and corporate governance, contributing significantly to the company’s operational success and strategic growth in the renewable energy sector.
Before joining Rezolv Energy, Magda spent over 11 years at EnerCap Capital Partners, where she held multiple leadership roles, including Finance Director. Her responsibilities included financial management of private equity funds and portfolio companies, M&A processes, compliance, and corporate governance. Her expertise in asset management and liaising with credit institutions underscored her contributions to the firm’s success.
Earlier in her career, Magda gained valuable experience as an Audit Senior at Ernst & Young, where she conducted statutory audits and managed client relationships for major corporations, including Telefónica O2 and Siemens.
