London, United Kingdom, December 2024 – Maggie Goodman has been named Head of People (Global) at Choco, where she will lead the company’s global People Operations and Talent functions. In this pivotal role, Maggie will oversee organizational design, global people processes, compensation strategies, recruitment, performance development, and employee engagement to drive Choco’s mission of building a sustainable and transparent food system.
Maggie’s journey at Choco has been marked by exceptional growth and impactful contributions. Prior to her promotion, she served as Senior People Partner – Tech (Global) & UK, where she partnered with C-suite executives to refine organizational design and implemented a data-driven approach to talent management.
Before this, as Head of People Partners, Europe, she managed a team of People Partners across four regions, fostering a high-performance culture through data-driven insights. Maggie initially joined Choco as the HR Business Partner – UK, where she set up the UK entity’s HR framework from scratch, laying a solid foundation for future growth.
Before Choco, Maggie held key roles at organizations like Runa (formerly WeGift) and Dext, where she specialized in business partnering, talent management, and employee engagement. Her early career included HR and talent acquisition roles at Nested.com and Goodlord, demonstrating her ability to adapt and excel in dynamic environments.
