Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, November 2025 — Mangesh Bhide has stepped into a significant new leadership role as Senior Vice President & India HR Head at IKS Health, where he now leads India HR across the full employee lifecycle. In this role, he partners closely with the Global CHRO and talent COEs to accelerate talent availability and readiness, strengthen gainful engagement practices, enhance operational excellence, and embed world-class employee value propositions. His mandate also includes scaling digital HR capabilities to drive consistency and system-driven interventions across the organization.
Prior to this appointment, Mangesh served as Senior VP – Organization Effectiveness at IKS Health, a role in which he fostered the company’s evolution into a learning organization. Over nearly two years, he strengthened leadership development, capability building, and employee experience initiatives while partnering with business leaders to position IKS Health as an employer of choice. His leadership played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s people development philosophy, culture, and organization-wide learning strategy.
Before rejoining IKS Health, Mangesh spent almost a decade at Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited as Senior VP & Head HR – Jio Network & Infrastructure. In this executive role, he provided strategic leadership to the Technology Leadership Team and oversaw workforce development across Telecom Infrastructure Construction, Network Electronics, and the Jio Chat Application vertical. His work included performance and consequence management, succession planning, and building HR practices across 28 Jio states. His contributions earned him recognition as a trusted advisor to Jio’s technology leadership.
Earlier in his career, Mangesh served as Senior Vice President – Global HR & Administration at IKS Health, leading HR philosophy, strategy, and operations during the organization’s early growth phase. Over seven and a half years, he helped build the company’s global HR capability, supported US HR operations, and implemented consistent HR practices tailored to local contexts — contributing to the organization’s transformation and rapid scale-up in the healthcare RCM and ITeS space.
Across previous leadership roles at Roamware India (now Mobileum) as Director HR, at Essar Steel Ltd. as Joint General Manager, at Reliance Infocomm as Lead – Network HR, and with the Mahindra & Mahindra Tractor Division as Deputy General Manager – HR, as well as in his early years at Precision Fasteners Limited, Mangesh built deep expertise in HR strategy, IR & HR operations, talent practices, and organisational capability building. These formative and diverse experiences shaped his ability to lead HR across complex businesses, geographies, and high-growth environments.
Mangesh Bhide holds a Master’s degree in Personnel Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University, which provided the foundation for his distinguished three-decade career in human resources.
