Pune, Maharashtra, India, December 2025 – Mani Awasthi has joined Webasto Group as Total Rewards Expert | Business Partner | People & Organization APAC. In this pivotal role, she will be instrumental in driving regional reward strategies and HR business partnering for the Asia-Pacific region, strengthening the company’s talent and organizational effectiveness across multiple markets.
Prior to joining Webasto Group, Mani Awasthi served as Senior Human Resources Manager at ITARIUM Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. (A GTT Data Company) for over three years. At ITARIUM, she led multiple HR transformation initiatives and contributed significantly to aligning global HR processes with evolving business demands.
Earlier, she worked with the SKH Group as Deputy Manager Human Resources, where she was responsible for HR operations in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad region. Her tenure included work in HR transformation and regulatory compliance in the manufacturing environment.
Before that, Mani held the role of Manager – HR & IR at VEM Tooling, where she drove key people strategies, managed industrial relations, and supported change management across operations. Her prior experience also includes over five years at Zamil Steel Buildings India Pvt. Ltd. as Assistant Manager – Human Resources, where she handled end-to-end HR functions in a generalist role.
Mani began her HR career with early stints at Ashlar Buildwell Pvt. Ltd. and as an HR intern at MetLife Insurance, setting the stage for a strong foundation in human resources and industrial relations. She holds an MBA in HR & IR from the International School of Business & Media, Pune.
