Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, November 2025 — Manish Kumar has stepped into his new role as Chief Business Officer at Onsitego, marking a major milestone in his long-standing journey with the organization. With over six years at the company, his elevation reflects the significant business growth and operational transformation he has driven across multiple verticals.
In his most recent role as Executive VP Sales and Business Development at Onsitego, Manish played a pivotal role in scaling the offline business with full P&L responsibility. Over nearly six years, he led strategic initiatives that expanded the company’s revenue from approximately ₹170 Cr to over ₹600 Cr, built a pan-India distribution network covering 12,000+ retail outlets, launched innovative protection products, partnered with major retail and fintech players, and enabled nationwide sales operations through new digital systems such as SalesPro.
Before joining Onsitego, Manish served as Director Sales India at AmTrust Mobile Solutions Asia, where he built and scaled the sales and distribution network across retail, consumer finance, telecom, and e-commerce channels. He established and managed over 35,000 points of sale, led a field force of more than 6,000 sales promoters, and delivered ₹200+ Cr revenue through data-driven performance systems.
Earlier, Manish spent more than two years at The MobileStore Limited (Essar Group), progressing from Regional Business Head to Business Head. He managed 1,000+ stores nationwide, drove revenue, strengthened operational performance, and scaled strategic initiatives such as FED (Fastest Expert Deliveries) and MOJO (Match Online Joy Offline). His role also included P&L management, sales training, workforce optimization, and contributing to company-wide strategy.
Before that, he held the role of Zonal Head – North at Infiniti Retail Limited (Croma – A TATA Enterprise), where he helped grow revenue to ₹900+ Cr across the zone. He strengthened business development, reactivated dormant accounts, expanded product planning, and drove profitability through operational excellence and customer-focused strategies.
In the earlier phase of his career, Manish held significant retail operations, category management, and sales leadership roles at The MobileStore Limited, Future Axiom Telecom Ltd., Planat M Retail India Ltd., Reliance Communication, and Craft India Overseas. Across these roles, he built a strong foundation in store operations, market development, vendor partnerships, customer insights, and multi-region business management.
