Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, November 2025 — Manisha Goyal has joined SiteMinder, the world’s leading hotel distribution and revenue platform, as Chief Legal Officer. In her new role, Manisha will lead the company’s global legal and governance strategy, supporting SiteMinder’s expansion across key international markets and strengthening its compliance and partnership frameworks.
Before joining SiteMinder, Manisha Goyal served as Chief Strategy and Risk Officer at MTData, a Telstra subsidiary and industry leader in fleet management, telematics, and compliance solutions. Reporting directly to the CEO, she led strategic growth initiatives, risk management frameworks, and business transformation projects, while driving operational efficiency and governance excellence.
Earlier, Manisha held a series of leadership roles at Telstra, one of Australia’s largest telecommunications companies. As General Manager, Strategic Partnerships and Commercial Strategy, she led global partnership initiatives with top-tier technology firms such as Apple, NVIDIA, Accenture, and Meta. She also served as Shareholder Representative for Silicon Quantum Computing, where she spearheaded Telstra’s first quantum commercialization strategy and later chaired the Audit and Risk Committee at Silicon Quantum Computing, a joint venture involving Telstra, CBA, the Australian Government, and UNSW.
Previously, as Managing Director and Board Member at muru-D, Telstra’s venture accelerator, Manisha oversaw a portfolio of 90 start-ups across Australia, Asia, and the U.S., managing strategic investments and advising founders on governance and scaling. Her earlier tenure as General Counsel and Portfolio Manager at muru-D saw her play a pivotal role in reshaping its operating model for long-term growth and sustainability.
Prior to her leadership roles in Telstra’s ecosystem, Manisha served as General Counsel and Company Secretary at Quantium, where she established innovative data risk management strategies and negotiated first-of-its-kind data commercialization contracts. Earlier in her career, she worked with several high-impact organizations including Optiver, Avaya, Omnilab Media, ITV Studios Australia, and Holding Redlich, gaining deep expertise in corporate law, governance, and technology transactions.
In addition to her corporate leadership, Manisha currently serves as Member, Audit & Risk Committee and Chair, Cybersecurity Governance Working Group at The Westmead Institute for Medical Research, contributing her strategic and legal acumen to the not-for-profit sector.
