Gurugram, Haryana, India, July 2025 – Manisha Nair has been promoted to Senior Vice President & Head – Human Resource, Administration & Corporate Communications at BluPine Energy. In this expanded leadership role, she will continue to lead the company’s human capital management, administrative governance, and corporate communication efforts across its rapidly growing renewable energy platform.
Manisha has been with BluPine Energy for over three years, most recently serving as Vice President & Head – Human Resource, Administration & Corporate Communications. During her tenure, she has been instrumental in shaping the organization’s people strategy and operational frameworks, supporting the platform’s ambitious growth backed by private equity partner Actis UK.
Before joining BluPine Energy, Manisha was associated with Alfanar Projects as HR Head India – Alfanar Global Development & Group IT, where she led HR for the renewable segment in India, focusing on strategic interventions and compliance streamlining.
She also served as Global HR Partner & Principal Consultant – HCM Solutions at EACIIT (Big Data & Digitisation) in Singapore, where she advised on HR tech implementations and talent management strategies. Earlier, she was Head of Human Resources at Ostro Energy, also funded by Actis UK, where she played a key role in building the HR architecture for a 1000 MW renewable energy mission.
Earlier in her career, Manisha held senior HR roles with Doosan, SDG Corporation, and First Advantage, where she gained diverse experience in generalist HR, talent development, training, and international recruitment.
She holds a Master’s degree in HR, HRM & HRD from Maharshi Dayanand University, and is a certified alumnus of the Organizational Leadership Program at IIM Calcutta.
