Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India – November 2024 – Manjunathan C has been appointed as the Head of HR – India for Expleo Group. With this role, he is poised to lead the HR strategy for Expleo’s India operations, aiming to support the company’s growth and talent development. Manjunathan expressed gratitude to the Expleo Management team, Global CHRO, and CEO for this recognition and acknowledged the dedication of his team and mentors who supported his journey within the company.
Manjunathan has spent over five years with Expleo Group, where he previously served as Global CBU HR – Technology. In this role, he managed HR functions across the UK, India, and the DACH region, implementing talent management strategies, workforce planning, and engagement initiatives. His efforts contributed to strengthening the organization’s technology talent pool and aligning HR policies with global standards across key regions.
Before his tenure as Global CBU HR, Manjunathan was Director of Human Resources – Head People Services at Expleo, overseeing a comprehensive HR agenda including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Learning & Development across Expleo’s global workforce. He led initiatives to attract, engage, and retain talent in diverse geographies, such as the UK, Dubai, Singapore, and the US, which strengthened Expleo’s HR practices and contributed to the company receiving multiple HR awards in 2021.
Prior to Expleo, Manjunathan held various HR leadership roles at Tech Mahindra, Concentrix, and IBM, where he built expertise in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. His extensive experience in human resources and proven leadership have established him as a strategic HR partner within the industry.
