Mumbai, India – Mansi Kampani has recently been promoted to the position of Chief Human Resource Officer at Encube Ethicals, marking a significant step in her professional journey within the company. Having joined Encube Ethicals in June 2016, Kampani has swiftly ascended the corporate ladder, showcasing her expertise and commitment to the company’s HR endeavors.
Over her tenure of nearly four years at Encube, Kampani has held pivotal roles, most notably as Head of Human Resources from November 2020 until her recent promotion. During this period, she was instrumental in spearheading initiatives across talent management, employee engagement, training and development, and rewards and recognition, significantly enhancing the HR landscape of the company.
Prior to her tenure at Encube Ethicals, Kampani enriched her experience at Mercer India as a Compensation Consulting Data Analyst, where she honed her skills from April 2019 to November 2020. She also served as an HR Intern at the Natural History Museum in London, where she worked on projects related to employee grievance management and HR policy revamping.
