Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, November 2025 – Precision Group has announced the appointment of Manuela De Rossi as its new Chief Operating Officer, effective 11 November 2025. With more than 30 years of experience in the retail and commercial property sectors, Manuela’s appointment marks an important step in the Group’s continued pursuit of operational excellence and portfolio growth.
In her new role, Manuela will oversee Precision Group’s nationwide property operations and strategic initiatives, focusing on delivering exceptional results for tenants, customers, and partners. She brings with her a deep understanding of leasing, development, and asset management, having held senior leadership roles across some of Australia’s most respected property organizations, including Lendlease, Mirvac, Walker Corporation, Byvan/FPD Savills, and Westfield.
The Group also extended appreciation to Simon Hill for his remarkable service as COO. Simon will transition to the role of Special Projects Consultant, where his experience will continue to guide key growth initiatives and strengthen the Group’s future strategy.
Before joining Precision Group, Manuela De Rossi was associated with ISPT, where she led initiatives in Retail Development, contributing to the enhancement of retail spaces and strategic leasing frameworks.
Previously, at Lendlease, she served as Head of Leasing and General Manager Leasing – National Strategy, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s leasing strategies across major commercial and retail assets nationwide, reinforcing tenant relationships and driving occupancy growth.
Her 16-year tenure at Mirvac saw her holding multiple leadership roles including National Manager – Leasing Strategy and National Leasing & Tenancy Coordination Manager, overseeing large-scale projects and portfolio optimization across Australia.
Earlier in her career, she held senior management positions with Walker Corporation as Retail Manager and Centre Manager, and with Byvan/FPD Savills, where she managed multiple commercial assets and development sites. She began her professional journey at Westfield, where she gained invaluable experience in centre management and operations, laying the foundation for her three-decade career in property leadership.
