Hyderabad, Telangana, India, September 2025 – Amara Raja Group has announced the appointment of Manvi Singh as Associate Vice President – HR – New Energy Business (AR-ACT). In her new role, she will be responsible for driving HR strategy, organizational development, and people transformation initiatives for the rapidly growing new energy vertical of the group. She will play a key role in shaping a people-first culture, building leadership capability, and enabling business readiness for the future of sustainable energy.
Before joining Amara Raja Group, Manvi spent more than seven years at Pidilite Industries Limited, where she held multiple leadership roles. As Head HR – Sales & Marketing Workforce, she partnered with business leaders to implement sales force strategies, built a strong pipeline of future leaders, and managed a high-performing field workforce of 6,000+ employees. She also served as Head Business HR (Organizational Development), leading a large-scale transformation of an acquired subsidiary, and as Head BHR – International & Domestic Subsidiaries, where she was custodian of HR practices across global markets including South-East Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Brazil.
Earlier, Manvi worked with Reliance Industries Limited for nearly four years as Assistant General Manager – HR, where she contributed to business partnering, organizational design, and talent management. She then moved to Baxter International Inc. as Regional HR Manager, overseeing HR strategy and execution for key business units across India.
Her professional journey also includes impactful roles at Novartis India Ltd. as Manager – Human Resource, where she worked on policy frameworks and capability development, and at Godrej Industries Ltd. as Assistant Manager – Corporate HR, where she began her career building foundations in learning and development, compensation, performance management, and talent acquisition.
Manvi holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource & System Management from the Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS), Ranchi. Her strong academic background in HR and systems management has provided her with the strategic acumen to lead large-scale people transformations across industries.
