Marc Soliman Appointed as Vice President People & Culture and Customer Experience at EF Education First

Düsseldorf, Germany – October 2024 – Marc Soliman has been named the Vice President People & Culture and Customer Experience at EF Education First, a global leader in international education. In his new role, Soliman will be responsible for leading EF’s people and culture strategies while enhancing customer experiences across its global programs.

Before stepping into his current role, Marc Soliman served as the Director of Recruitment and Employee Development at EF Education First for nearly one and a half years. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in shaping recruitment strategies and implementing employee development initiatives that aligned with EF’s global mission of opening the world through education.

Earlier, Soliman was the Regional Program Director at EF for four years, where he oversaw program operations across multiple regions, driving excellence in educational delivery and customer engagement. He was instrumental in implementing tailored programs that addressed diverse customer needs while fostering a collaborative work culture.

Soliman also held the position of Country Product Manager at EF, focusing on product innovation and market expansion in the Düsseldorf area. Over a two-year tenure, he spearheaded initiatives to optimize product offerings and enhance customer satisfaction, contributing significantly to EF’s growth in Germany.

Prior to joining EF, Soliman gained experience in business development and sales management. He worked as a Business Development Manager at AAE All Asia Exclusive in Vietnam and as an Area Sales Manager at Kuoni in Switzerland. His roles included expanding market reach, driving sales growth, and establishing new partnerships across Europe and Asia.
