Hamburg, Germany, March 2026 – Marie Beyer has started a new position as Head of People & Organisation at LAIQON. In this role, she will lead the company’s people and organizational strategy, supporting the growth of the organization while strengthening talent development, employee engagement, and performance frameworks across the business.
Prior to joining LAIQON, Beyer spent more than three years at Leapsome, where she most recently served as Senior People Enablement Manager. In this role, she drove global people enablement initiatives across the company’s Berlin and New York offices, focusing on learning and development strategy, employee engagement programs, and performance management systems. Earlier during her tenure at Leapsome, she also held roles as People Enablement Manager and Talent Partner, supporting leadership hiring and scaling the organization’s talent capabilities across multiple business functions.
Before Leapsome, Beyer worked at Exporo for nearly three years in talent leadership roles, including Talent Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager. During this period, she led talent acquisition initiatives across departments, implemented organization-wide processes such as a company-wide RACI matrix, introduced structured employee development discussions, and supported the rollout of feedback and performance frameworks. She also contributed to building a technology hub in Lisbon and led employer branding initiatives.
Earlier in her career, Beyer served as a Recruitment Consultant at Michael Page, gaining experience in recruitment and talent advisory across diverse industries. She began her professional journey through the Dual Study System at Siemens, which included international exposure through a professional assignment in Mexico.
