Milan, Italy, September 2025 – MCM Worldwide has appointed Marina Facchini as its new Global Chief People Officer. In this leadership role, she will drive global people strategy, culture transformation, and talent development to support the brand’s dynamic growth and expansion in the luxury fashion sector.
Most recently, Marina served as Global HR Director for Regions & Commercial Channels at Dolce & Gabbana, where for over five years she shaped HR strategies across international markets, ensuring alignment between people practices and the brand’s global expansion initiatives.
Before that, she was Vice President of Human Resources EMEA at Versace, leading HR functions across the region and strengthening the company’s talent and organizational structures during a pivotal growth period.
Marina also spent more than a decade at Bally, where she progressed through multiple HR leadership roles. As Director of Human Resources EMEA & Global Sales Functions, she spearheaded HR initiatives supporting both regional and global sales organizations. Earlier, she served as Human Resources Manager EMEA and Human Resources Manager Retail EMEA, establishing her expertise in driving people operations for a multinational luxury retail brand.
She began her HR career with Gianni Versace S.p.A., where she worked for more than eight years in roles spanning both the UK and Italy, including Human Resources Officer UK and later Human Resources Manager Retail. These experiences gave her a strong foundation in retail HR management and international people leadership.
Marina holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, equipping her with academic and professional expertise to complement her extensive industry experience.
