Helsinki Metropolitan Area, Finland, December 2024 – Marketta Aalto Kallio has joined Optomed Plc as the Director, People & Culture. In this role, Marketta will spearhead HR strategies to enhance organizational growth, drive cultural transformation, and strengthen the company’s workforce in alignment with its mission to revolutionize healthcare through cutting-edge technology.
Marketta brings extensive experience in HR leadership. She most recently served as Senior People & Culture Lead at Sofigate, where she successfully led HR strategies for the Transformation CoE and Public Streams. Prior to this, Marketta held the role of HR & Global Mobility Manager at Smartly.io, where she managed HR operations for over 600 global employees, showcasing her expertise in mobility and compliance.
Earlier in her career, Marketta contributed as Senior HR Business Partner at Airbus, managing HR responsibilities across multiple countries, including Finland, Sweden, and Belgium. Her strategic leadership at Wipro and Bureau Veritas further solidified her reputation for driving impactful HR initiatives.
With over a decade of experience in diverse HR roles, Marketta’s leadership at Optomed is poised to further the company’s innovative vision in the healthcare industry.
