USA, May 2024 – Markus Enzner has joined The Adecco Group as the new Vice President Total Rewards Americas. Bringing extensive experience in human resources and total rewards management, Markus aims to enhance the organization’s compensation strategies and drive transformative change.
Before joining The Adecco Group, Markus served as the Executive Director HR Operations at Johnson Controls from July 2022 to December 2023. In this role, he spearheaded the establishment of a Global Shared Services entity and led a transformative HR Service Delivery program, significantly enhancing operational efficiency.
Prior to this, Markus was the Executive Director Total Rewards at Johnson Controls from April 2019 to July 2022. He played a pivotal role in implementing the ‘High Performance Culture’ project and supported the strategic sale of the ‘Power Solutions Business’.
Markus also served as the Senior Director Total Rewards Operations & Compensation Global Programs at Johnson Controls from October 2016 to March 2019. He contributed to diverse M&A activities, harmonized Total Rewards tools and systems, and supported the spin-off activities of the Automotive business, now known as ‘Adient’.
Earlier in his career, Markus held various senior roles including Senior Director Regional Compensation & Benefits Americas & EMEA and Director CoE Compensation & Benefits EMEA at Johnson Controls, Senior Expert CoE Compensation & Benefits at Deutsche Post AG, and Senior Manager HR Compensation & Benefits at McDonald’s Corporation. He began his career as a Specialist Global Compensation at Qimonda.
